Bev Galeskas, a knitting designer and my friend, passed away over the holidays.  Bev provided the knitting pattern for the Cable Sampler Scarf in my book,  Summer on Blossom Street.  She was fun, business savvy, creative and passionate about knitting and yarn.  She died far too young.  Although I will miss her, as will the entire knitting community, I have a strong suspicion she’s giving knitting lessons in heaven.
