Friday, October 27th

4 PM Check-in begins, optional activities available

5 PM Optional Boat Cruise around Hood Canal- Tickets available through Alderbrook ($20)

6 PM- Welcome Reception with Hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner with Debbie in the ballroom.

Followed by evening activities

Saturday, October 28th

8 AM Breakfast with Debbie in the Ballroom

10 AM Workshop One

12 PM Lunch with Debbie giving a speech on a select topic.

2 PM Workshop Two

4 PM Free time with optional activities

5:30 Cocktail hour

7 PM Dinner with a speech from Debbie in the Ballroom

Sunday, October 29th

8 AM Breakfast and book signings with Debbie in the Ballroom.

10 AM- Checkout and event conclude.

Alderbrook generic pricing for 2017 Reader Retreat

**Subject to change if your room and the number of guest combinations differ from the standard below. Confirm all pricing by calling Alderbrook Resort and Spa.

Pricing includes all room fees, meals, functions, and workshops. Each guest will also receive a specialty gift bag with a signed hardcover of MERRY AND BRIGHT.

Total room and food and all fees for one person alone in room $919.38

Price decreases if you elect to share a room. Total room and food and all fees for two people sharing a room $710.54 per person

If you would like more space or are staying with 3-4 people we recommend calling about reserving a cottage.

** $100 non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of reservation.

** Cancellations valid up to 30 days prior to the event.

Passengers arriving at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport will need to obtain transportation to Alderbrook. Travel time is approximately two hours one way depending on the time of day, traffic and route taken.
