ONE PIECE BABY JACKET

Pattern: While I was away on my recent trip to the VOGUE Knitting Destination event, one of our side trips was to a beautiful shop called Cast Away & Folk, tucked away in the Historic Railroad Square in Santa Rosa, CA.    I fell in love with the beautiful yarn (below), which came with this free pattern.

Yarn: Malabrigo Mecha, 2-3 skeins or approximately 200-320 yards.

Needles: US Size 9 needle

Comments: Since I had just knitted a sweater for Mason, I certainly couldn’t leave out his baby brother, Oliver!  I knitted the 6-month-old version of the pattern, so I had to get this done quickly before he outgrew it.  The colors are wonderful for the fall season, don’t you think?  And isn’t he the cutest little guy?
