These Chocolate Turtle Apple Pops are sweet, tart, and deliciously ooey-gooey. They make a beautiful treat to share with family and friends this fall season!

Cut your apples into 5 equal slices, about ½ – ¾“ thick. They should be thicker than the lollipop sticks you’re using. On the two end pieces, slice off a small piece of the round end to create a flat side.

Push the lollipop sticks into the bottom of each slice, then pat apples dry on both sides with paper towels.

Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a shallow dish. Microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted and smooth.

Dip apple slices into the chocolate, turning to coat all sides.

Place onto a baking sheet or plate that is lined with wax paper. Freeze for 15 minutes, or until chocolate is set.

Meanwhile, place caramels and water into a microwave-safe bowl with a pour spout. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir, then continue to microwave until completely melted, about 1 more minute.

Remove apples from the freezer and drizzle caramel on top.

While caramel is still gooey, sprinkle pecans on top. Freeze again for 30 minutes to set. These can be stored in the freezer for 4 weeks, bringing to room temperature before serving.
