Honey Soy Chicken Skewers
Serves 4
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
15 wooden skewers
Salt and pepper
Combine garlic, soy sauce, and honey in a large bowl.
Cut each chicken thigh into 3 or 4 even pieces. Add to the marinade bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
While chicken is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in a shallow pan of water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread 3 pieces of chicken on each skewer, leaving space between each piece. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill on medium-high heat for 7-9 minutes per side, or until cooked through
